Sandra made the home buying process very easy for my husband and I. She was quick to answer our calls and e-mails and extremely helpful. She handled herself in a professional manor and was always very kind. After we closed escrow Sandra followed up with us several times to answer questions that might have come up and to make sure we were satisfied and taken care of. Virginia is a rock star realtor!!!!! She consistently exceeded our expectations from the minute we contacted her! She understood what we needed from the first phone call , and had ideas for us right away. She was always helpful and never pushy, very patient!

Even though this was my first home purchase, Kimo made the entire process, easy, friendly and very informative. I feel multiple times he went out of his way to keep me informed and answer any and all questions and concerns I had during the process. On top of that, he brought certain things to my attention that I may have not even thought of. Over all, I feel like he went above and beyond the scope of the job description of a Realtor and was extremely professional throughout the process!

My wife and I were looking for an investment property in east county. Despite many setbacks and frustrating moments being outbid by cash buyers, Doug remained calm and collected. From the beginning to after my home buying experience Doug was fantastic. He continually provided properties I was interested in and honed my search based on my feedback. I made personal efforts to find properties from other sources, Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, but he always had the best matches available. I worked with him on several offers and he was very constructive and honest through the entire process. If you are looking for a very competent agent who has integrity and knows East county, he's your man.

I had an amazing experience with Ms. Iuli. I was extremely selective of the area and type of house I wanted to live in and she was completely understanding.
