Kimo was pretty new to the game when we started working with him, but what he lacked in experience he made up with hard work. San Diego county has a very competitive real estate market, and I don't know if we would be in the house that we are if Kimo didn't have a great work ethic. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a agent in San Diego County.

Throughout the duration of our home buying experience, my career required me to have a very busy schedule traveling abroad each month. Leaving Doug and my family to feverously search the county for a home to suit our discriminate taste’s, he continually maintained outstanding levels of patience and energy in this particular challenging market. I cannot say thank you enough to Doug for helping to find us a home… not just making another sale. Today we consider Doug to be our good friend, not just our realtor.

Theresa was amazing to work with! This is the second time we have worked with Theresa, she previously listed one of our homes. Doug was the first real estate agent that I worked with. His advice and expertise in the field are excellent. When I described his help in acquiring our new home friends and colleugues were impressed with how he canvased the neighborhood we were interested in and found a seller who was in the market to move, but hadn't gotten around to starting the process. From start to finish on the sale of our house, we found Doug to be extremely knowledgeable and efficient. His communication skills were excellent (always called before coming and was always on time and he answered every phone call, email and text promptly).
