Our Julian property languished on the market for 6 months, then Kimo found us after the listing expired and made a great presentation to allow him to be the new agent. Within 2 weeks, he had a buyer ready to go!!!!! This guy knows how to market his listings! The whole experience was outstanding, start to finish. Leslie is wonderful agent to work with. She sold one of our rental properties, and she not only took good care of us, she made sure that the tenants who were living in the unit at the time were treated properly and not left hanging. It is clear that she loves helping others and I would highly recommend her.

Leslie was very helpful when it came to buying my first home. I never felt pressured to make an offer on a home or to offer more than I could afford. She was also very patient and willing to look at a number of homes with me. She did an excellent job finding homes that might interest me and was able to make time to look at homes during almost any time and day of the week. I will be going back to Leslie when I look for my next home!
