Kimo was knowledgeable of the area the house was located in and he was aware of the market for my house. He's not a pushy or intimidating realtor, he has great social skills and he brings a lot of energy throughout the home selling process. If your looking for a realtor, he should be one of your top picks.

I would highly recommend Virginia to anyone buying there first home. In one word she is awesome. Always there to answer questions around the clock and to help you understand the whole process of buying a home she helped me and my husband buy our first home which was a short sale it was a bit long due to the banks involved but Virginia never have up and finally got us our first home.

Great Realtor. Made the whole process very easy. We recommend Julie Iuli highly. She has mortgage lending associates that she deals with that she put us in contact with to help with the pre-qualification process.

I originally contacted Kimo six or seven months prior to selling, just to get and idea of it's worth. Kimo promptly sent a detailed information packet of comps in my area that really helped in my decision making process. Over the next few months he contacted me once or twice inquiring about my needs, however no pressure! When I was ready Kimo sold my home before the sign was up!
