As a first time home buyer, I'll admit, I wasn't as familiar with the process as I could have been. Kimo was extremely patient and took the time to talk us through the details of purchasing a home. When we found "the one," I had many items that I wanted fixed on inspection report prior to buying the home. Kimo said he's literally never had a client ask for that much from the seller, but still managed to negotiate and repair outstanding items. Thanks Kimo!
My wife and I recently bought our first home and Kimo, as our buying agent, made the process seamless.
