Being that my husband and I were first time home buyers, we were very apprehensive about jumping into a home purchase. We met with several different agents and did not ease our worries. When we finally met with Julie was very sweet and patient and understanding. She made us feel comfortable and let us take our time in finding the perfect home. I attempted a "For Sale by Owner" and it was a mess that cost me a lot in terms of delays and other details. I listed with Mark Lemieux and he found a buyer(s) right away. The property sold for a good price and he followed through every detail resulting in a smooth transaction. I would highly recommend Mark to anyone selling their home.

Purchasing a home is very stressful so having a good Realtor makes all the difference. Julie made my home buying experience enjoyable. Michael was right there for us, giving us advice on the remodel, helping us in the negotiations, and, helping us as we had to do a 1031 exchange. Great realtor! Will use him again for our next sale!

I've always heard horror stories about the home buying process, but Julie actually made buying my first home seem so easy!
