From beginning to end Julie Iuli kept in contact and kept us informed of the process. She went above and beyond in our eyes to ensure our home buying experience was awesome! Knowing someone has your best interest in mind especially with that much money involved definitely made the decision more easy. Our wants and needs seemed to be outrageous at first but with a strong knowledge of the area, and a little patience she delivered BIG TIME!
Kimo was extremely professional and helpful throughout the process of selling our condo. He was easy to get a hold of and responded very quickly. We had weekly updates from him and usually even a follow up call from his team to make sure all was going smoothly and we weren't in need of anything.

If you're looking to buy or sell a home Michael Najar is the one to work with. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. He helped me purchase a home and I was so happy to be one of his clients. He would send me updated emails daily of multiple listings. He is very flexible with his schedule. I have a 7-4 job and he was able to show me homes in the evenings and on weekends. Julie Iuli is great! We met her through a referral from our daughter to assist us in selling our home. It took her no time at all to recognize what we needed to sell our house and she soon had the house on the market for us.
