I highly recommend Mark. He was very pleasing to work with and on top of all details, all the time. If I sent him an email, I got immemdiate responses. He works very hard to get your home sold quickly and whatever price he suggests...go wth it.
The owners of a home we were renting decided to sell. We loved the home and notified them that we were interested in purchasing. Melissa was their agent and truly helped guide us through the process. We had so many questions as first time home owners and she was able to quickly answer each one. I would recommend Melissa and will happily ask her to represent us if we decide to sell in the future.
