David was very helpful in selling my home he made everything seamless! He made himself available and took beautiful pictures of my home which is actually about 2 hours away from San Diego! It was bittersweet but David help me in knowing that the new buyers would love the home. The process was simple by being able to sign papers on line. I would definitely go back to David and recommend him to friends and family.

Denise was everything we could have hoped for in an agent. She was professional and knowledgable in every aspect. She was always there to answer our questions and we were in escrow within 2 weeks of listing our property. The sale went very smooth and quick. We were very happy with how everything went and would use and recommend Denise to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

David did a superb selling my Lakeside house. We were on the market a whole three days before we had our first offer and that offer was decent so we took it. David went above and beyond in ironing out small details when the buyers agent turned out to be rather inexperienced. Thanks David your rock.

David was very efficient and work well with us in finding our new home. When we found a home we wanted that was not his listing, he still worked diligently to get us a quick closing. He knew what we wanted and only showed us those homes. I would recommend him for all of your real estate needs.

Dave was right on top of our wants and needs as we searched for a Condo with our son as his first investment in his future. He was through to include us and our son in all correspondences and viewings. He treated our son as an adult and with respect every time. He was prompt and had all the answers we had before even seeing the properties. When necessary he took care of issues that we had with the Escrow company and the previous owners. David is an amazing real estate agent and definitely went out of his way to help me find my home. David definitely will help you in any way he can. He even offered to get 19 yr old divorce paperwork from the courthouse to give the loan agent when I couldn't get off work to get it. As I said, amazing!
