Cassie kept us informed every step of the way. She was very honest on what improvements we needed to make to receive top dollar for our house and she was right! Our house sold for more than the asking price. Cassie was not just a office sitter calling once in a while. She was at our house pulling weeds when we were preparing the house for sale! Mike helped me sell my house and buy one at the same time. Mike was very patient with the process and was able to work around my wife's and I busy schedule.
