You will not find another agent that will bust Butt like Charlene. She knows her job and does it well! She Sold my home for the asking price that I wanted and made escrow as painless as possible. Charlene is an excellent broker. She goes out of her way to make sure her clients are happy. The sale of my home was very complicated. Any other broker would of given up; but not Charlene. Kimo was great. Sold way over asking price. Kimo was always available and had great communication. Our house was sold in just a few days after the open house. We had about 100 people come through the open house. We will be using Kimo again for our next purchase!
