Michael, even though he has so many real-estate transactions going on, made us feel that we are his sole customers in terms of giving us all the time we need, and going with us personally to show us the different houses that would fit our budget. He also wouldn't let me over bid on a house that he thinks it not worth that much, and that alone made me feel that he doesn't care about his personal gain (percentage) as much as us getting a good deal, and be happy with our purchase. He has done a great job. He really cares about his clients and client needs. He helped me buy mulitiple locations within El Cajon, CA. He always answers my calls and responds to me in a timely manner. He takes his job very serous and I consider him a professional. I would and have recommended him to a lot of my friends and family.

Michael recently helped us sell an investment property we owned. He handled a tricky situation with our first buyer's agent with professionalism and humor and was able to negotiate an even better sale with another buyer almost immediately when the first one fell through. He is very responsive and really takes time to make sure any questions are answered. I never felt like I asked a "dumb question." I appreciate his help and would highly recommend his services to any of my friends or family needed an agent.

Michael did a great job. He listed my condo and BOOM sold it in 2 days! He not only sold it, he got $2,000 above listing price! Start to finish took a total of 10 days. After that Michael helped me find my perfect home and did everything possible to make that transaction go as smooth as possible. Escrow closed today so tomorrow we move in! I can't say enough good things about Michael...integrity, hard working, honest are a few. Would recommend Michael in a heartbeat.

Krystal is a great person. She helped me and my family. I don't live in San Diego, but she was able to find me a local agent that best fit my needs. She did not just help me find a agent, she kept in contact with me monthly to see how the agent was doing and asked me if I needed any other help and support. She would also answer any questions I might have. She was there from start to sell of my house. If I could of had her from my local agent, I would of hired her in a sec.
