Denise was so helpful in understanding what we needed which was an honest appraisal regarding the house we were selling. She gave us tips on how to get the best price and was always available when we called and if not there, she would return our calls immediately. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR Kimo represented me when trying to purchase a home recently and after using 12-15 different realtors in the past, I can say without hesitation that he is the WORST realtor I have ever came across due to the following reasons and experiences: -Lied to 5 different times blatantly and he tried to backtrack on 3 of them but it was too late -Does not pay attention, always on his phone and too busy when in the moment, even saw him looking at Facebook instead of listening during our meeting -Told him the max... read more

I’m sorry to hear you had such a bad experience. As far as your offer price you failed to state I was representing the seller too and they decide counter price. Second, there is no verbal commitment to yours because the seller was never in agreement with your offer. It did take time to submit offer because you were not pre-approved and you need that to submit offer.
