have had very bad experiences with ***** in Plant City from their carpet installation. Their installers with Keller Interiors leave a lot to be desired. They do not stand behind their work and will price gouge you to fix the problems that they created. I would not recommend their installation sub contractors and will never use them again. The ***** sales department (Mainly Mike) went above and beyond to try to correct this problem but Keller was not willing to correct their poor installation job. We were not made aware of this situation until yesterday due to certain information not getting relayed. Regardless though, it is our goal to make sure we leave customers with a great experience. Therefore, we have contacted the customer and will be going to her home on 11/1 to resolve all issues.
The subs they use did not put down any material to protect the floors they traversed. They made a mess and half cleaned it up. The installer did an excellent job.

Never EVER EVER will I use this company again! I went through ****** who has contract with Keller to have my laminate flooring installed in my bedroom. Paid just shy of 1k to have it installed material/labor. I pulled up the carpet myself as well as cleaning the room and closet out for installation. Prior to this I just painted my entire room with fresh paint. The worker they sent out here to install my floor seemed to be in a rush and didn't seem to care about doing a good job. Wall damage was not presented to local office for resolution, As far as flooring project. CUSTOMER CHOSE TO INSTALL QUARTER ROUND HERSELF. Once installers were done with project customer said the expansion gaps were to big for her quarter round. We sent installer over to inspect issue and found out she had purchased shoe molding, shoe molding would not work as shoe molding is half as wide as it is high, manufacture specifications stipulate quarter round in their installation guidelines, as quarter round width and height is u... read more
I had contracted with ***** to install carpet . They apparently use keller as their sub con- tractor. The installer was to be here today. Confirmed rwice this past week by the folks at keller. No show. I have been waiting three hours and no phone call. The people at ***** can't give me any info. Very disappointing service. This carpet is paid for and still not installed. Time and money wasted.
