BEWARE IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR INSTALL!!! I purchased carpet through Lowes in July 2023 for all 4 bedrooms. I however told ***** that I wasnt ready to do all 4 rooms at once and so Keller installed 2 bedrooms. I have for the last 4 days have tried to get a hold of someone to schedule the rest of my installation. Obviously they NEVER answer the phone, it ALWAYS go straight to voicemail- of which we have left several. We were so pleased with our carpet installation by Keller Interiorw through LOWES that I have spent lots of time trying to find out how to provide feedback to ensure our installers got the recognition they deserve. We had ****** and ******* sent to us, and I can't sing their praises enough. They did an amazing job, which included stairs. Our carpet has a pattern, and they aligned it just perfectly. They are a great asset to Keller Interiors
Im very surprised by some of these negative reviews. I had my whole upstairs re-carpeted by Keller Interiors and they were great. Worked super fast, nothing was damaged, they removed and reinstalled any doors that were in the way. It was ~1400sqFt , 6 rooms and they finished in about 8hrs. Looks great, Id definitely use them again and recommend to others.
The job was terrible. I will need to hire a different company to re do it.I no longer want Keller through ****** to do any work for me again. They "told" me I would need to hire a handyman to reinstall my toilet and re hang my closet door. Also the flooring does not match. I had 2 different contractors and the 1st contractor was wonderful.
on january 19th we purchased floo**** from the local Lowes store, they sent over a husband and wife team to do our install. i had to go back to the store to pick up an item that wasn't delivered. my wife went to put on her ****s and low and behold they was gone (stolen) the first **** was a sweet heart **** with a dark red heart shaped stone with several small pink stones the other **** was her red ruby **** (25th anniversary gift) this company i wouldn't hire for any future projects there vendors have sticky fingers and if ... read more
While the contractor that laid my LVP meant well, his inexperience and lack of training led to over a dozen spots where my flooring neither clicked nor locked along with several spots that were not leveled and over packed with underlayment. He also failed to measure simple transition pieces that have since bowed and come completely off of the floor. Well, to say that I am flabbergasted after reading these reviews is an understatement. I did NOT have any of the issues or concerns mentioned in any of these reviews. I purchased about 750 square feet of LVT and Bamboo wood for stairs from Lowes, with Keller being the installers. Once all of the material was delivered, I received a call from Keller to confirm that everything was delivered. They then scheduled a 2-day install. Keller Interiors name is on the contract documents as 'installer' for my upcoming installation through Lowes (*******) of a bamboo engineered floor over an existing porcelain tile floor in good condition. Keller was to be at the job-site in ******* on 1/08 between 1 pm and 5 pm to assess for lead pollution (obligatory by **) on the site. No one from Keller has showed up or texted or phoned to rsee the job-site and discuss the project details.
