We had ordered flooring from Lowes in 2019 for our foyer, spa room, upstairs hallway and master bedroom. COVID-19 hit and the project was put on hold. We started up again April 2022. Our master bedroom, spa room and foyer were completed very well and with only a few scheduling issues. Keller Interiors' ******** liaison, *******, then told ***** that our contract was complete, Lowes paid Keller and we can't get ANYONE to show up and finish the bamboo flooring in the hall. After reading the reviews, we were very nervous about having Keller Interiors install the carpeting purchased from Lowes. Today, ***** by himself came on time and installed the carpeting. He did an excellent job and was very professional.
I had flooru g in my home measured by Keller personel, after measuring the floor i was told i wiuld get an email which i never got. Then i was contacted by la owes representatives in flooring, named Ms.*****, after about 2 weeks of communications i was told by Ms. ***** in flooring that there would be no problem, i therefore paid well over $5,674.00 for installation and was looking for the delivery on 7/25/22 when again i was contacted by a Keller representative and was told shipment would be delivered, 12 hours later I was ... read more
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They sent out contractors that improperly installed marble tile floors without grout!!! They used tile and mortar as the grout instead!! They incorrectly hung and damaged brand new baseboards and trim without even 45 degree cuts. They Knocked a hole in my garage wall and didnt even tell me!!! They did a horrible drywall repair to try and hide the hole! The workers on this job were dishonest dirty and left trash; saw dust and debris everywhere and damaged my property!! Keller Interiors is now used by Lowes for carpet installation, and I would absolutely not recommend using this service. The installation is 'free', and you get what you pay for. The guys who installed our carpet left the walls and carpet covered with carpet fibers, and left all the trash they generated in our garage, not to mention they did not haul away any of the removed old carpet as should be included in the service. The worst experience with so called professional flooring installers apparently used by ******.Purchased a carpet from ****** in Early March. Here I am it's **** finally I decided to cancel the order, because Keller Interiors keeps cancelling the installation. The last cancellation came on the day of scheduled installation which Keller confirmed with text. That was enough for my patients, Immediately returned to ****** and requested a full refund. We apologize for the experience you had with Keller Interiors. The first reschedule occurred due to a delay in material arriving to our warehouse from the mill. The product did not deliver in time of the estimated arrival date given to us at the sale of the project. The second delay was due by one of our installers involved in motor vehicle accident on the morning of the scheduled installation. HADa floor installed in sept 2021 still waiting for that for to be finished they Call to schedule a time of day for the appt they cancel time after time its April 2022 two calls this month to finish floor both cancelled ....we got into it on phone finally hung up at this point don't care if they finish ....very poor company just dont seem to care ***
This review addresses Keller Interiors in ************. I placed an order for carpeting at ****** in July 2021, today, as I write this review it is March 2022 and I have yet to have my issue resolved. The carpet installed at my home was done very badly, the stair carpeting looks as if it was stapled together by a five year old. When I contacted Keller a supervisor came out to look at the job, pictures were taken, he agreed that the carpeting would need to be replaced on the stairs and the issues in other areas addressed.Once... read more
We have a large home and were replacing carpet with *****. The subcontractor, ****, and his wife, did an exceptional job. He was polite, careful, professional and worked like a dog from morning until night. We could not be more pleased with **** and the outcome. Our floors look amazing.
