We purchased tile and all supplies need to to install our tile for our master bathroom floor. We had to wait 1 month to get it installed. Was promise we would get top service and respected our thoughts on meeting the installers from ****************** before the job was started. ( told by LOWES assistant manager) however keller said we dont do that. NO STARS!! I agree with every negative comment listed below. Same thing happened to me, it took days for them to schedule a carpet install appointment. Finally got a date, my husband (80 y/o) and I moved all but one dresser out of room and waited for installers. NO show. NO call. When I finally got thru to someone the next morning, I was informed that "our team was at ****** to pick up your carpet and ****** couldn't find it". I then called ****** who stated, "that is not true, your carpet is here in the staging area." Call ... read more

So ************ arrived on-time as promised.... The three men were professional.... courteous and extremely helpful during the install.... Their work was flawless.... They did everything they could to help me and the job which was two tricky bedrooms for carpet came out FANTASTICK! I highly recommend these guys.... You will very happy with their work....

I was hesitant to use this company due to the negative reviews. I discussed the reviews with the company prior to carpet installation in 3 bedrooms and the gentleman assured me there would be no problems. They arrived on time, completed the job like professionals, cleaned up the mess, moved the furniture back with care and were on their way. I am completely satisfied with the job and would use them again with no hesitation.

I can't believe how poorly I have been treated throughout this whole install. It was bad enough that with the initial install the appointment was set at least a month in advance. Then when the date finally came, it was delayed 3 times/days because they weren't finished with the install they were working on. They do not return phone calls, tell you they will be there at a certain time, then show up hours later without phoning to let you know.Two weeks ago I noticed damage to the floor and had ********* come out to assess. We are upgrading our review of Keller Interiors. None of the facts of the disappointing and frustrating previous behavior have changed . But - a true professional named Shannon Mitchell stepped up and made sure the job was finally done and done correctly . She also acknowledged their poor previous performance and fixed the problem . Lived in my home for 6.5 years . Never saw this problem with the original flooring in the laundry room the problem which was behind the washer. A pvc plastic pipe was sticking out of the floor about 2 inches . The flooring installers saw this when removing the original flooring and did not tell me about it. If t knew the problem's existence I would have removed it from the floor. The flooring installers went ahead and installed the new flooring with the pvc pipe sticking out of it. This company was sub contracted through the same major Home Improvement company mentioned below to install a tile floor. I received a phone messages 4 day before confirming the job. I also received a text message the day before to confirm the installation. I hired a plumber to disconnect the gas stove, and I hired a carpenter to remove the banquettes in my living room. I contracted with ***** to have my flooring done a little under a year ago. As most contracts go, they subcontracted to another company. A couple months later I noticed some of my transitions were coming up, and the installers from the Original job damaged some of the flooring (all they did was putty it up, and move on).
