Keller Interiors is the worst company I have ever worked with. They were to tear out our old tile and install a new back splash after the counter top was installed. It took us 5 months to get this project completed. The installers were great but we had to call Keller 8 times.The plumber was here 4 times the counter top was here 2 times. Keller would not work with anyone to schedule this project.
Never finished a job they were paid to do. Said flooring was faulty. Subcontracted through ****** and ****** sent a manager today and no flooring was faulty. They lied, just didn't want to do the job once complaints were filed. Workers left mess. Business lies. DO NOT USE. Corrupt.

A Keller representative made a trip out to the home of the customers on 6/23 and it was determined that the flooring in fact was defective and was unable to be put down. Replacement flooring is trying to be reordered with ****** to ensure that the end product the customer gets is satisfactory and up to manufacturer standards.
We purchased carpet through Lowes in Gadsden AL. Note that I have physical health issues in which I pointed out to the installer.. Also Note that we have 4 kids and now our house is a wreck and nobody has a place to sleep.. We were scheduled for a install today for carpet in 3 rooms. 2 rooms were 3/4 of the way empty or better, the master had 2 dressers, a end table and a bed left. Horrible business. Don't show up. When they did, didn't do anything but complain and left. Customer service is terrible. Multiple rescheduled appointments. Would never recommend, worst business I've ever dealt with! They take your money and don't finish the job!!!!

There was a misunderstanding at the customer's home for some corrective flooring work that needed to take place. Keller Interiors made that right and while there were some delays with the job being completed for some corrective work needing to take place, the job is currently on track to finish over the weekend and into next week.
This company is absolutely horrible to deal with from day one. It took 3 weeks for someone to respond back to my phone calls and emails. They only responded after I included I wanted to talk to corporate and request a refund. After that email, they were quick to schedule an install the next week. Today is when my carpet was laid. It was done HORRIBLY. They damaged my brand new baseboards in 17 spots with what appears to be a hammer. 7:30am the morning of my scheduled install of laminate flooring the installer called to let me know he'd be there just after 8am. I said great and asked how many installers would be working today. He said two. I then reminded him that each person must wear a mask (and wear it properly) while inside my home. He agreed. *If possible, I would show 0 stars...On Friday March 6, 2020, an installer came to my home to install tile flooring, which I purchased from the Winter Garden (WG) Lowes store. The tile, and all supplies needed (per the flooring specialist at Lowes) were brought on site ahead of time. Purchased carpet for our theatre room through *****. I had to buy an additional 200 sqft to make it look like one continues piece ( we paid more for this ONE room than all 4 of my bedrooms combined) ***** contracted Keller Interior to install the the carpet. Installer came out and refused to install carpet because we were missing a piece on our riser, we then had to pay someone to install the missing piece. Scheduling was timely, and there were no issue during installation that our office was made aware of. The install was a small media room with a platform. She was sold 200 extra square feet of carpet to accommodate a desired look for the install. She was expecting that the carpet would flow from the platform to the floor without a break. One star rating is far too generous. We contracted with ****** to have carpet installed in a rental home. A person from Keller came out on a Monday and measured. We didn't hear anything until we called ****** in 3 days. Keller told them that they had to come out a second time to measure - which they did the following Monday. In the customer's contract, it states that Keller will not be responsible for removing carpet and/or pad that is stained with pet urine.
