I been with statefarm for 30yrs i have a roof issue and the adjuster that was sent out was rude and disrespectful. Told me he didnt know what caused issue and statefarm was not gonna cover it. When i asked for a explanation he told me it coulda been bird crap (really) so whats a person to do i feel like i been kicked to the curb is this what like a good neighbor statefarm isnt there.
They’re no good, they don’t help you when you receive damages to your property they try to lowball you the best way they can. I didn’t realize how horrible they were until I received damages to my property and it’s been 5 months and I’m still waiting to get my damages repaired. I get a call jan 25,2023 stating they won’t cover the rot from the damage that occurred august 03,2022 due to them waiting so long to get things repaired so the wood is rotting away because of constant rain and snow.
All I wanted to do was consolidate my wife's State Farm policy and my SF policy to one agent, hers. My current agent in Minnetonka refused to honor my request, repeatedly ignored communications - even blocked my calls -and my wife's agent said he had to handle it...so I got a quote from *********** that saved me $600 a year. *********** notified them of the cancellation in December, I called the Minnetonka office to confirm, they did, then I got an upcoming billing notice for January, the Minnetonkaoffice in a phone call sai... read more
We have been with State Farm for home, car, and personal items for over 51 years. We began with State Farm in Il. with car insurance in 1972 and homeowners since 1979. We moved to ** in 1991 and kept all our insurance with them. We have never had a homeowners claim until we had roof and wind damage occurring January 16, 2022, after the storm named IONA. terrible agency in my local area They care less about long time customers
Worse than Terrible. No exaggeration. Pray you never have to deal with them. My wife was rear ended by a state darm customer and it has been an absolute nightmare. They never answer the phone, return calls. Then they try to rush and force you into a insulting settlement. If you can reach someone they ask you a question but fo not let you answer. They speak over you and never let you finish what you have to say. They show no sympathy and look at you as a extremely low dollar amount.
i was most recently in a car accident and found out the person who hit me has state farm and they are the worse company to ever do business with. can't create an account because the web site refuses to take my password or any password I use to get this claim taken care of. they don't know how to do anything right. I will never insure anything with this company and you get no where with them.

We have been a part of Ryan Klibert's office in **********, ** for 10+ years using them for auto, personal home, and rental homes. It pains me to write this review just based on the past 6 months, but I received such horrendous customer service and no response from his office, that this is my only avenue.
