Dear Sir/Madam: On May 31st 2022 one of State farm client/customer hit my car in ******** ********* parking lot . Since she was at fault, admit in front of police and agreed to fix our car, I trusted her and didn't make any videos or took any pictures. Called to get approval for pain treatment was told they would pay for anything reasonable and I could call a hundred times and would get same answer!!!I I got treatment and was denied .... Why cant they be a little more helpful rather than confrontational!!!!
Switched to State Farm about 2.5 years ago thinking it was a good insurance company. Someone hit my husband about a month ago it it has been a nightmare! They told him it would be better to use our insurance and that they would get payment from the other guys insurance. I called State Farm in May to start insurance on my 2nd vehicle in june. For some reason whenever i paid 159, it changed on the confirmation of payment page for 506. They started my insurance policy in may when i firmly asked to do so in June. I found out that the insurance was started early and i had it canceled immediately. Yes, state farm is junk insurance company they allow there clients to cause a 3 car pile up over coffee and injured 2 people. While the hurt people are on the side waiting on police. The client who caused the accident was very happy and eating and laughing at the scene after hurting people intentionally. After 30 Years with this company they decided to not renew my Home Owners Insurance because their Underwriters decided that I was a risk. I filed claims twice last year to try and get my roof replaced which they denied. I replaced my roof out of pocket. So can someone explain the risk? This was not a Local insurance decision as they appealed on my behalf which was denied. This happened twice! Reached out to roadside assistance waited over 2 1/2 hours just be told the provider cancelled. They didn’t call me to tell me this I called them back. Last year the exact same thing happen when I couldn’t get my car towed I had to reach out to someone and do the work myself I waited 4hours missed work just for them to tell me once I called and said what’s the hold up they said oh the provider cancelled, so why didn’t anyone inform me? Worst insurance company. Known to contractors as "Snake Farm" because of their business practices. They lie, deny, stall, slow walk and do whatever they possibly can to make your life a living h*** so they don't have to pay out.
