A State Farm client hit my parked car on January 30. They finally approved the claim three weeks ago. Unfortunately, State Farm's "initial estimate" is so low (1/5 the estimate I attained from a body shop upon visual inspection) I would have to wait until it gets actually pulled apart by a body shop to determine final damages. My mom, Paula, and I have been trying to contact someone at Bob Boswell’s office in ********* ********to cancel insurance on 2 homes because she already got more affordable insurance. No one will call us back. Both my mom and I have called for 3 days, and they keep saying someone will call us back but they don’t. My family has had insurance, etc through State Farm for probably 30 years. When I try to use the “contact us” on the website, it conveniently keeps saying “there’s a problem”.

I have State Farm home and auto insurance and the other day there was a storm that knocked down a very large part of a tree in my back yard. Luckily, another tree caught the branch and prevented the neighbor's fence from being destroyed, but the tree branch was barely hanging on and looked like it could fall at any moment. So I used my brain and scheduled an appointment to have the broken branch removed so my own and my neighbor's lives and properties are not in danger of this clear and obvious threat. I just signed my policy recently and this was the first time I found myself needing to use it. There was an inaccuracy with my coverage, I didn’t receive calls back as promised when I was stranded with little phone battery and no car. When I was told I would need to pay for towing, no one was able to tell me the cost or at least an estimate and just kept reminding me I didn’t have coverage which didn’t help the situation. We have been a long time customer with State Farm for homeowners, auto and personal belongs. On May 18th at 5:15am lightning struck our house causing an explosion in the basement. The result of this was a broken AC and electrical panel. State Farm paid for the repairs for the electric panel with estimates we sent in from our chosen electrician. They are refusing to pay for the replacement of the AC unit stating "they are going by the report their HVAC company submitted". We had 2 of our own chosen HVAC companies come out and... read more

Have been with State Farm for 30+ years. My wife had a fender bender 1 month ago that left our car unsafe to drive. It has been five weeks and we still haven't received the promised check. We live in a rural area without any mass transit. State farm is right there to get their money's every month and even charged us for the month we could not use our car. Never again!

I suffered from a loss due to a less gruesome accident. It took nearly a month to receive the proper paperwork to deal with a title transfer. Prior to the collision i agreed to digital transmission of all correspondence. Moreover, the insurance payout was supposed to be credited to my account. However, State Farm has gone against my wishes and sent the direct payout to the bank via paper check. If I requested to have the funds via direct deposit why would state Farm thwart an agreement. I changed insurance from state farm to allstate. State farm was sent authorized letter to cancel my home owners insurance on June 1, 2022 but they canceled it on May 31st instead. Not happy. Now my mortgage company says I need to prove insurance for day of May 31st, 2022. My new insurance from allstate started on June 1st, 2022.

Never again rude customer service I felt The energy when I called,I should have hung up Then But I will be canceling in morning and I know Im nice too people but you are going To treat me with respect where I spend my money.
