The sales staff are friendly. The people in the service department really know their stuff and are extremely patient considering how much traffic they get. Overall very happy with my experience and will definitely recommend to friends and family!
Ugh!!! I always forget how horrible the customer service is here, and today was no exception. You would think since I bought 2 cars from them they would be just a little bit nicer. Nope! Oh and they just raised their oil change prices by $20. Are you kidding me?!! No more Kearny Mesa Hyundai for me.

Per a family member: I have tried for four months to rectify a case of unintended acceleration, in my Ioniq, with a local dealership and your Corporate office. I walked in with the intention of only doing a test drive of a Hyundai Genesis G80. I ended up driving one home. Their service department is soooo slow! Appointments are apparently useless! Made an appointment for an oil change. Told them I would wait with a baby and it took them THREE HOURS!! � Talked to Glenn, Service Manager and he said to call him for next oil change. I tried next time and he wasn’t available. Made appointment anyway for another oil change. This time they said 1.5-2 hours!! Again, waiting with a baby! What good is an appointment?! They told me techs were sick and they were overbooked.
