Bought a new Subaru from Alonzo over at Kearny Mesa. Hands down the most enjoyable car buying process. Dave and his team at Kearny Mesa Subaru provide the absolute best car buying experience out there. I just rolled away in my third car from them, and I don't plan on shopping for a car anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and not at all pushy. You will leave there with the confidence of knowing that you have made a great decision and there is a team behind you to support you if you ever need anything else. 10/10 would recommend this dealership.
I have been to Kearny Mesa Subaru two times trying to get a broken window repaired on my 2019 Crosstrek. After waiting four hours the first time I was told that the wrong window was ordered. Two weeks later I went in and waited another four hours and this time I was told that the window was damaged. The car was left there with the promise that the window would be there the next day. We shall see.
Good service. They fixed my car engine in a timely manner and payed for my car rental!
