I bought my Kona and am extremely happy with it. Took me quite awhile to make up my mind and Adel was very patient with me. Also, worked hard to get my monthly payment down to where I wanted it. They were very busy so had to wait for almost an hour to complete the financing.

The buying process was fast and easy and we are very happy with the new car, financing terms and the service they offer. their appointment system is meaningless. I was given an 8:00 a.m appointment and I had no information on my car until 3:30 in the afternoon, and all they were doing was reading out a check engine light. They wasted an entire day, and when I called for updates my "service rep" was never available and did not return calls. I think I called four times throughout the day. They showed no respect for my time. I will not be back.
I purchased a 2020 Outback and went through the internet site. My rep was Neil and he made the experience seamless and easy. Thanks Neil!
Drivers side running lamp is out, told them I thought it needed a new bulb. They installed bulb and got me in and out quickly, but failed to check the light after installing. Light is still out, fuses are good, clearly it's something else. Would have been good of them to have checked light after installing.
