I must say I was very pleased and more than satisfied with my experience working with Kearny Mesa Hyundai dealership. Both Brook Govan, the internet sales manager, and Chad, the financial services representative were impressively knowledgeable and supportive in helping me get the car I wanted and at the price I needed it to be. I would highly recommend this dealership and also calling Brook Govan at Kearny Mesa Hyundai/Subaru if wanting to find yourself a new car.

Every time I come to this dealership I am impressed by their professionalism and timely oil changes and repairs. I expect them to genuinely care about me and my car and they always deliver. The service department is outstanding. Just today I mentioned offhand that some of the trim around the driver seat was broken and within 5 minutes my service specialist had added it to the oil change/repair order and the tech onsite found one in stock got it replaced immediately! If I could give less than 1 Star, I would. I emailed, called and sent a message on FB, none of which they’ve responded to. They had our car for 50+ days, and when they returned it, it was FILTHY INSIDE. The steering wheel covered in grease/dirt, dirt and grime on the drivers panel, upholstery dirty on the driver seat and grease or dirt footprints on the floor.
