The worst costumer service in San Diego dealerships. I currently own a Hyundai from which paid cash at Frank Hyundai which service was Amazing! Please do not got spend one hard earned penny at this dealership!!! I mean 0 costumer service there unless you have 25 minutes to be ignored... I asked for a supervisor and I got a voicemail. WtF?

After terrible fails of customer service and misconception with Rancho Grande Motors Slo, Sangera suburu Bakersfield and Kirby suburu of Ventura , I had more than better success from Kearny Mesa suburu San Diego. My representative JAY NOBLEZADA was honest sincere and never for a second misconstrued our deal. He is a upstanding business man who makes buying a car a good experience and not a terrible experience like the other dealers. Finally I admire his great attitude and abundance of knowledge and experience in his field.

This is a wonderful dealership they treated us superbly. Pineapple was our Sales Manager and our sales person was Alana. We just bought a brand new Hyundai Tucson is a very fair price and very favorable terms. Our 2006 Hyundai Tucson that we bought brand new is still in service as a taxi cab with over 270,000 miles on it it is on the original powertrain,manual transmission. Can't speak volumes enough about the excellence of this dealership and the quality of the Hyundai product.

I would actually give Kearny Mesa Hyundai no stars if I could, first off the sales rep Von had horrible communication he himself, pretty much blew the deal and if you're military save your time they do not honor military members at this dealer. I spoke with Cody McDaris the general manager who was blatantly disrespectful even after he knew his sales rep Von had miscommunicated serval details to my attempted purchase. The general manager himself even quoted "that we only look at consumers as business transactions." As a milit... read more

When you are a military family and move around a lot it can be hard to find a place to take care of your car. A place you can trust. We were fortunate to have found that place at Kearny Mesa Hyundai. I was there yesterday and today and Gabriel, Aidan and their team in the Service Department were wonderful!! While my husband is stationed here in California, we will bring our car here to be serviced. Keep up the great work!

I have a sonata and my dad has a genesis. The service department is always very good to me. Yeah I am still on warranty so that's why I don't pay for a lot for service. Everyone in the service department is great they always answer your questions and offer things for next service

So upset with this Service Department. I purchased a used vehicle and an extended warranty 4 months ago and have had two issues already requiring service. Both times I called Kearny Pearson Ford, I have received the run around. They have major difficulties looking up warranty information and historical service information. I was tossed back and forth between two different dealerships (Kearny Mesa Hyundai and Kearny Pearson Ford) and neither of them could help.
