Craig and his team have been excellent converting our garage into a habitable space to be used as an office / bedroom / chill room. Brilliant through whole process and also involved with building regulations and control people. Summary - very highly recommend and excellent value and customer service. Advice - do your garage conversion under building notice so all materials are to building regs and listed as a habitable room enhancing the value of your home !
I cannot recommend KCS highly enough! From the first meeting, Craig was professional, knowledgeable, realistic and clearly passionate about his work. There was no sales pitch, just experience and expertise. The work was efficient, done to a high standard (building regulations were happy throughout), and they were 100% dedicated to the job, not juggling multiple at the same time as is so often the case. I had my garage converted at the start of 2026 for my business and its brilliant. Craig and ben communicated really well through everything and its all been done to a great standard , very happy . Would highly recommend.
We chose KCS for our garage conversion because that's what they specialised in and I'm so glad we did. Right from the first visit, Craig was clear in his explanations and keen to do the best job possible. He and Ben are very personable, hard working and efficient and were a pleasure to work with. They itemised the stages of the work and kept to the price quote. The plasterer and electrician who completed the work were equally impressive and I would wholeheartedly encourage anyone to use KCS for their garage conversion.
