I am in so much pain with my left shoulder for over a month. Every steps took extremely long due to Covid excuse. It took 3 weeks from the date I had MRI done and wait for doctor to call me and let me know that I need surgery. I still don’t know when my surgery will be scheduled. I recently received an orthopedic surgical service at MWMC, at the time of pre-registration, they attempted to collect the estimate of the service (copay plus deductible of $675) upfront which I did not oblige. After the service was rendered, WMMC sent me a mail to collect the estimated co-pay of $275.00 a few weeks later (again, another attempt to collect based on estimates).
