Just because we are in COVID pandemic doesn't mean you should remove the appointment option. I pay about $1200 a year for premium medical care the sad part is i probably visit the doctor 1-2 times a year. You guys are making big bucks from client like myself. When i need to make an appointment I make one because it's urgent to me.
