RecommendedI was in the emergency this morning & all I can say is dr. Brian Richard's & his early morning staff took care of of like no other, I had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic, dr.richards with his team, I think the blonde hair nurse name was Cass, she amazing! an Asian dude brought me warm blankets & if I can make dr Richard's my dr forever I so would, very thorough, goes beyond ur emergency! thanx again u guys were wonderful & I'll never u!
RecommendedI have been going to Sabates for approximately 5 years. Dr. Macaluso is exceptional! She is never in a rush and is a true professional. Her staff are so friendly and knows what needs to be done! My eyesight was getting really bad and Dr. Macaluso knew exactly what needed to be done and since my surgery my eyesight has never been so clear and I have never been able to see long distance so distinctly! I will never go to another eye specialist‼️

The physical therapist Ruth is absolutely wonderful, she is very competent and has a wonderful demeanor. The pre-op services and my post operative care was fantastic and I have felt like I have a team that has been supportive towards me throughout this entire experience. I would like to make a complaint on how my mother was treated when she entered the ED without a mask. She has COPD and has difficulty breathing anyway. She was told (rudely) by the front receptionist that she would have to leave since she didn't have a mask. Uncalled for and unacceptable. Get a different job if you are going to be rude to elderly people coming in for help.
