My elderly mother is totally disabled, she needs assistance moving, going to the bathroom, she cannot walk without her walker and can not go very far, she CANNOT wheel herself in a wheelchair. She especially cannot for any of these things after a fall. You deny her having a care taker/loved one there to take care of these needs. RecommendedWhile I never love getting a colonoscopy, I know it's important and I have been to GCSA for my last two. Both times I had a very good experience and excellent care, including explanations afterward and more follow-up if I had needed it. Most recently, I was impressed with the efficiency of the whole procedure -- very short waits between each step -- and the whole experience was as pleasant as possible. Dr. Masters and his whole "crew" did a great job and I would highly recommend them.
This place is a joke. Would never ever recommend. And will never ever be back. Some not all where rude. And was told by an employee that works there this place is all about the money not about the care of the people. And I truly believe it. Plus my husband has been misdiagnosed 3 times.
