Your staff was rude callous & very unprofessional. They booted me out of their waiting room in 110° Texas summer heat because of so-called space issues. I’m wearing a mask like everyone else and like many of your other patients I’m here driving a family member bc guess what genius they can’t drive themselves to their appt!!! RecommendedKaiser has been very supportive and responsive during Covid. I’ve had several email exchanges, phone and video appts and gotten RX overnight delivery.
Was not a good experience. Do not recommend. “Dilating drops make it hard for your eyes to focus on things close to you. You probably won't be able to read, use the computer, or do other tasks that require near vision after your appointment, unless you wear bifocals or use reading glasses.Mar 20, 2019” The tech dilated my parents eyes and then did a prescription “1 or 2?” process. This is the worst place to go. First they tried to keep my from my child being admitted because I refused consent and had to call the on call supervisor. Then after being there almost 7 hours knowing she hadn't eaten in almost 12 at that point they still never gave her anything to eat. The nurses were very rude when I asked to speak to the doctor. This place would let someone die before they actually cared.
