last year I went to remove a splinter under a nail. I paid the $ 250 when went in. Now a year later the sent me another bill for $ 190. Insurance paid them also $ 760. That comes up to a total for $ 1200 for for a short visit that took about 30 minutes.It was a simple procedure. In any other business that would be considered an outrageous charge or scam. They put me through the wringer. Three days of post op. Get there on surgery and then they canceled surgery. They gave some bogus reason and then blamed the doctor. The doctor told me it was the hospital and he had proof. Incompetent! They seem nice on the surface but they don’t know anything. Lack of training!!

Terrible ER, not enough rooms so my bed was in the hallway and then they forgot about me! Stuck there all night and by the end just wanted to go home b/c they were so bad 😡👎🏼. This was about a year ago.
Get rid of the restrictions against parents. These restrictions bc of complaints is ridiculous! This organization should be temporarily shut down until the management and policy is changed. Memorial Hermann should be made to pay their customers an inconvenience fee if they wish to continue these procedures. A sizable fee

Today I was scheduled at 11:00 to be at Franklin Woods to get a heart monitor put on. I get there at 10:40, check in, and they tell me my cardiologist hasn’t sent them my work order so they have to reach out to them. I wait about 25 mins and since I hadn’t heard anything I called my cardiologist, asked them to send the work order over but they say they’ve already sent it.
