They sent my husband home with covid and completely ignored the fact that he was dying.. he was admitted to las palmas and ended up in icu for 12 days and almost died. They don’t care. This is a direct quote when I called them “if you don’t like us there are other hospitals” no acknowledgement of their mistake ..no compassion.. nothing. Criminal behavior at best.

The doctors are friendly and probably helpful but the staff is extremely slow. I’ve waited 20-30 minutes past my appt time multiple times. And the doctors try and see you very fast. I’ve had the most luck with my doctors assistant.

Arnold which was over the phone he was pleasant carrying new a lot of things that I needed to have done I will be seeing him on Friday the 28th for a procedure where I'll meet him in person he seems very kind conscientious and I am looking forward to meeting him but not the procedure

My friend was operated on at Franklin Woods last week. He has stage 4 cancer. He was discharged last Friday and we’re waiting to begin a treatment plan. He began feeling weak and developed a cough. We called and were told by our Surgeon to go to the ER and have him paged and he would come right over. We’ve been here almost 3 hours and he can barely hold his head up.
