i spoke to keylee financial advisor who was very rude from the beginning of the call that later turned discriminating i was calling on quotes for a surgery and instead of advising financially she proceeds to tell me this is not parkland..i know where i called and she gave zero options for me only to put us down..i do have the call recorded thank god bc im at work i will be taking this all the way to the top discrimination is NOT ok..and due to her i WILL NOT be using your facility for my surgery or referring u at all
RecommendedI was feeling quite anxious about the surgery. The attending nurses, the anesthesiologist and Dr. Krishna explained each of their actions as it happened. At the end of the surgery, the nurses went into great detail about what I could and could not do when I got home.Everyone was very friendly, gentle and reassuring and even got a warm blanket because the room was slightly chilly. I highly recommend Sabates.
