RecommendedI have belonged to Kaiser for over 30 years. Started in Fontana then Santa Clara and now Santa Ana. The doctor's have saved my life and my husband's several times. i have always had pleasant nurses and doctors. Would recommend Kaiser to everyone.
All I want is to get my ileostomy supplies & catheters. I have tried twice. I give up!

I took my elderly parent to their ER after she had a bad fall and while they were thorough in their care for her, the waiting room workers were not asking people who wore NO MASKS to put one on. I viewed one person pull down another person's mask to talk to them! I was sitting in that waiting room and when I questioned the worker if masks were mandatory, another worker told me I should not be waiting in there but should be outside.
