I just had to walk out of the Urgent Care. I am sick and the nurse who gave me my vital signs was mean and rude. I've never had an experience like this before with Kaiser. She told me to sit down in the waiting room and I'd be called back in about an hour and I was crying so I am just going home. sick as a dog.
Kaiser Permanente is misdiagnosing people with fibromyalgia to get out of treating their actual medical problems And everyone diagnosed with fibromyalgia at Kaiser Permanente should go somewhere else and be retested Also I believe they were giving me suicide pills to get me to kill myself so they would not have to treat me
RecommendedThe level of care every staff member has. And the good sense of humor and God knows that I need that. If nothing else it shows confidence that it's going to be ok. Love that attitude.
Had LTKR last Wed and every person connected with and working on my case was kind, personable and professional ! I felt blessed to be under the care of that Dept and group/ A supportive and affirming team working towards my best possible outcome! And the room service food was excellent - including a really good warm chocolate chip cookie .

First time kaiser user and I’ve got to say it’s a joke. Trying to make appointment and after clicking through the month it still says no appointments available. Tried the E-visit and guess what. They don’t give me choices except cold,flu and vision. So I try to do cold/flu and get I will NOT get a reply. WTF? I don’t need urgent care, I want a appointment to see a doctor I’m paying for.
