Took son in for an Asthma attack. Told they did not have any doctors on site and to go to Hospital. Ask pharmacy for a refill on his emergency inhaler. They say have to ask doctor on the following day. When they do get the authorization from doctor they say will not be ready until after 1400. 5 hour wait for a refill of an emergency inhaler.

By getting their act together. We have been trying to place my mother-in-law in a memory care facility and at each turn when we needed medical records or prescription information, you have failed us. You have either sent incomplete information to the facility or you have lost prescription requests or have taken your sweet time in fulfilling urgent requests. We eventually get them, but often it is because we have had to go to medical center in person.
