the staff here is prejudice. leaving the same way I came in. total disrespect. I will never trust Kaiser again. this is a different Kaiser. only worried about getting people in and out of the hospital. Im disgusted the ER staffs ducks I am disappointed with the service 🙄🙄🙄🙄 they are racist Nazi up here
RecommendedI'm a first time mom and have made quite a few last minute and emergency appointments and they have seen my son every time within a very timely manner. The staff is super nice and the doctors are very informative. with my last doctors office i used to be on hold with them for 45 minutes to an hour, with you guys the most I've waited was 15 minutes! I loved his old pediatrician she was great but always busy, so far the pediatricians here have always had time to see my son, i even got an appointment scheduled for an hour after... read more
once again I go to Kaiser only to have the doctor roll her eyes at me extremely rude my wife walked out altizer dialysis run test they don't even give you the results Kaiser is hands-down the worst Insurance anybody could ever get if you're looking for insurance don't get Kaiser they are terrible I wouldn't recommend them to anybody
