RecommendedThe doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and caring. There is an efficient but comfortable atmosphere about the whole place. It was so inviting that a homeless man came in to catch a nap, then quietly left.

Very poor if you don’t have co payment because your the sole income provider in a home they won’t see u hate Kaiser then medication don’t like filling here because u can go to target and Walmart and get it cheaper
Kaiser treats you like you are cattle. There is no individual concern. All they care about is getting you in and out with doing the least amount of work or investigation into what is wrong. Doctors in urgent care are useless and seem like they have no experience in anything. I have been with Kaiser for 35 years. Haven’t had to really use my insurance except for the last 2 years other than having 3 babies. But now that I’m having health issues I have not received quality service. I will not be enrolling next year when annual ... read more

Successful staff, real friendly
My wife broke her arm more than 24 hours ago and yet she still waits for a referral to a local orthopedist. She is in pain and doesn't know the extent of the injury (other than the triage she received in the ER last night). KP is absolutely inhumane.
