My father continually gets doctors that don’t speak the English language well. He is 84 years old and shouldn’t have to struggle through his appointments to understand or worse come home not understanding the end result of the appointment. I’m very upset with the care he has been given or should I say not been given. He had an appointment today for his blood sugar that is in the 500’s and nothing was done about it nor were his meds changed or altered. Urgent care is not so "urgent ". It is the worst place to go if you really need to be seen. They are horribly slow.

Took my daughter in to the ER considering Urgent Care was closed. Sat around for an hour for a bed, she was in critical condition, they shoved us into a triage room, waited another hour to see the doctor and when he entered the room he didn’t shake my hand didn’t introduce himself didn’t even ask what was wrong with her i tried to tell him things that were wrong with her kept cutting me off mid sentence and he told me since she is not eating or drinking force it to her...are you kidding me she is still an infant!
