once again I go to Kaiser only to have the doctor roll her eyes at me extremely rude my wife walked out altizer dialysis run test they don't even give you the results Kaiser is hands-down the worst Insurance anybody could ever get if you're looking for insurance don't get Kaiser they are terrible I wouldn't recommend them to anybody

Wow! I waited 10 minutes for a prescription consult. And it wasn't busy! The staffs walking back and forth and not once asked if I was helped. Instead they talked to each other about their amazon order. Wow! Great customer service! I had to ask to see how much longer I had to wait!

If you like long waits for appointments, terrible customer service, and mediocre doctors Kaiser Permanente is for you!
Received a letter in the mail to call and schedule a routine test., I made the appointment went there just to have them tell me they can’t locate the provider . Lol then tell me to call and reschedule. I did on the spot. Just for them to tell me they don’t have any slots open for me at least for the next 2 months. To “try” and call everyday to see if u can get in. Lol I pay out of my pocket for this healthcare and the attitudes are poor.
