I just took my daughter there to be seen at Urgent Care. We are from New York and all they cared about was their member fee. I told them my daughter is not well and she said my insurance will most likely not cover it blah blah blah I will need to pay out of pocket. Ok can she go to the ER then? The pharmacy here is the worst thing!! I have pneumonia and that is also causing my eye to flare up. The longer I go without a specific steroid drop, the more it flares. I can barely tolerate the pain and they said they told my husband on Tuesday that the drips would be here on Thursday... well here I am and NO prescription! Now they say I have to go to another location. This will be my last year with Kaiser! Horrible horrible horrible. The drs are actually nice but if I can’t get the meds I need, why see the doctor?
You can never get an appointment after 3:00 pm. They don’t care about their patients. Very disappointed.
