My 1 star is specifically for the Emergency Room. In ALL the years we have had Kaiser we have only gone twice, this past year for our daughter. Severe allergic reaction to meds prescribed by Kaiser. Both times we were told it would be a TWELVE HOUR WAIT to see a Doctor. Since the "Urgent Care" closes so very early every day, u're only option is Emergency. And even with a terribly broken Elbow 2 years ago, we waited 6 HOURS in Urgent Care to see a Doctor?

The nurse Deana Martinez should have her licensed revoked ! She is a horrible representation of Kaiser. Extremely rude, condescending and disrespectful. I am surprised other people have not complained on her. I formally called Kaiser to initiate the complaint process. That is the problem with people like Deana who are in the business to help people they think that by being rude they can intimidate the patients. Horrible horrible horrible!
