Review Customer Service was good. Although we purchased a vehicle, I feel as if we were somehow forced to purchase the vehicle that the dealership chose for us to purchase. However, overall, my family was happy with the purchase. The dealership will work with you to try to make a deal; however, you have to be adamant about what you want and stick with; otherwise, the dealership will persuade you to purchase their choice. Easy! I wouldn't for a used vehicle came out with a lease. New vehicle and less payments can't go wrong with that . My sales rep was honest and let me choose what I wanted and did not try to sell me on anything

Great Experience Overall, my experience with Jeff Smith Ram was great. I feel I was given treated fairly by their staff and my salesman, AJ, was great. However, the facility appeared a bit small and dated, but I am not sure if there is room to grow given the location. It also be tough to shut down operations for a renovation too. Bottom line: you'll get a fair deal there and they want to earn your business.
Car shopping made easy. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chip Lollis was our salesman and he is very professional and would highly recommend him to anyone for there car buying needs.

Great experience Julia helped us from the beginning. She really is fabulous! She was very understanding about how stressful it is to have a vehicle not working. She worked with warranty and they covered more than we expected. Our end bill was not as high as she originally thought. Pleasant surprise, that doesn't happen at other places. Service Department gets the job done right the fir Come in an oil change. After all was done I was given my paperwork and was told I needed tires. They did not pressure me with buying tires but gave me 3 estimates for tires and said they would like to sell me the tires that way I would have only one place for oil changes and tire rotations. I like it that they did not push to sell me tires right then. I know of other places that would of made me I’ll trying to get me to buy the tires right then !!
Very nice and knowledgeable salesman I really thought Frank was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing i would recommend not getting is the All-State protection plan. Read your contracts regarding this because they do not cover what the finance dept is selling. Do not buy the All-State contract, but if you do be sure to read it and fully understand it.
