Very rood customer service and management I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I have had nothing but trouble since i stepped foot in this place. General manager, shop manager, finance people, warrany services and general staff are very rood and disrespectful.

Easy! I wouldn't for a used vehicle came out with a lease. New vehicle and less payments can't go wrong with that . My sales rep was honest and let me choose what I wanted and did not try to sell me on anything

Very nice and knowledgeable salesman I really thought Frank was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing i would recommend not getting is the All-State protection plan. Read your contracts regarding this because they do not cover what the finance dept is selling. Do not buy the All-State contract, but if you do be sure to read it and fully understand it.

Went to look at a used truck it wasn’t the truck t I wasn’t pleased with the fact that they had a different picture of the truck that they were selling the truck was a different truck from the picture

Did not honor advertised price and warranty We drove an hour to check out vehicle that we had planned to purchase. We had already spoken on the phone and emailed salespeople before we arrived and knew the price and warranty that was included. We were told ahead that the vehicle was in new condition. The windshield had a large crack and the low pressure tire light was on. They agreed to fix those things. When it was time for paperwork, the price jumped up $3,000 and no warranty was included. VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP IN ALL........... Very unhappy with the dealership in general. The have VERY poor communication with the customers. Traded a car on 8-29-17 and Khalo did not send paperwork in to the bank on the new car until 9-19-17 and according to the bank Khalo asked for more money. Khalo also sold my trade in two days after I traded on 8-29-17 but did not send the finance company the payoff until 9-21-17. Excellent Purchase Experience I went in looking for a used vehicle to replace a car I was having issue after issue with that I had purchased from another dealership just 6 months prior. I was worried about buying used again but Michael Stafford got me into a brand new vehicle for the same payment. I am beyond thrilled to have purchased my very first "NEW" car. Thank you!

Oil change and rotate tires. Did not adjust tire pressure and did not clean oil from under truck so it left oil spots in my driveway. Not very happy and will probably drive an extra 20 mile to go to a dealership.
