Kind people, crappy work Worked on a deal for the car I wanted and fair trade in value with one rep and the car was sold off on his day off since I had to wait to finalize my deal. Didn't bother to tell me it was gone til I had already filled out the financials and driven over and hour to try and come pick up the car. Terrible service to undercut me in this way.

Not bad but not great very courteous but slow responding to questions. They don't budge on the price , at least not in my case. But they are very nice people
Do not trust Kahlo with your trade in I attempted to but a new Grand Cherokee from Kahlo. My trade in was appraised by Carmax and valued in the NADA guides at almost $7000 more than Kahlo offered. When I complained they hung up on me! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

Great people, great service, happy customer Kelly S. at the Noblesville Kahlo was great to work with. HE was patient and understood this was a big decision. Everyone was friendly without being pushy. I will definitely being going back in the future.

Very disappointing service Very disappointing service. Brought our car in for service on 8/31/18 having issues with steering (clicking noises and difficult to turn wheel) and also mentioned the turn signals would not disengage after completing turns. They replaced the clock spring which corrected the steering issues. However, after making the VERY FIRST left turn after leaving the dealership on 9/1/18 we noticed the left turn signal still did not disengage. Upgrade Time Jeep runs in my family; my grandfather has a 1950 Willy. I also love Jeep & wanted to continue having a jeep. My family grew & it was time to turn in my jeep lease for an upgraded Grand Cherokee. Nick was super fast & very helpful with the process. When my new car was ready, he even personally showed me some extra features on the car that I didn’t have on my previous jeep.
