Great service I was a.non appointment customer and made a mistake rgearing a statement I had made to. young lady in service a rea. She explains there process very politely . As I was waiting I realized I hado spoken to another place I appogixed. She was very kind and professional She made me a not appointment. However as she was bringing back my keys. A person cancelled and was in in a very short Her professionalism in a very busy day and a little humor was wonderful and refreshing. She is a topnotch employee.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH THE DEALERSHIP IN ALL........... Very unhappy with the dealership in general. The have VERY poor communication with the customers. Traded a car on 8-29-17 and Khalo did not send paperwork in to the bank on the new car until 9-19-17 and according to the bank Khalo asked for more money. Khalo also sold my trade in two days after I traded on 8-29-17 but did not send the finance company the payoff until 9-21-17. Excellent Purchase Experience I went in looking for a used vehicle to replace a car I was having issue after issue with that I had purchased from another dealership just 6 months prior.
