Oil change and rotate tires. Did not adjust tire pressure and did not clean oil from under truck so it left oil spots in my driveway. Not very happy and will probably drive an extra 20 mile to go to a dealership.

Out of State Buyer Found a hard to find Hyundai Sonata plugin hybrid at Kahlo using Cars.com. Call the sales department and they did a walk around of the vehicle for me and then we negotiated a very fair price. No hassle. We completed all necessary paperwork over the phone so that I could fly up, pay cash and head out. The owner greeted us when our Uber arrived at the dealership. It took a total of about 15 minutes to close the deal. The car was detailed, full of gas and exactly as the sales person described.

Great service and staff Extremely helpful and courteous service department staff. The young lady was Knowledgeable and offered advice on tire rotation. The waiting area had coffee , reading material, and TV which made wait time pleasant.

Great Service Fast and Friendly. I was on my way for vacation when sensors in my car malfunctioned. I called the dealership, they hooked me up with a vehicle and helped me unpack and repack all my travel gear to get me back on the road.By the time I returned from my trip my car was ready!
Wonderful service; friendly technicians Julia my Service Tech is wonderful! Dealership is lucky to have her. Hope she never leaves. She is knowledgeable, self-assured, attentive, responsive and delivers great service.
