First time at service center I liked Mechell. even though we had never meet, she came outside and greeted me by name at the car. She explained what she was going to have done and how long it would take. I bought floor mats and had my new tag. The service center cleaned the car, put in the floor mats, and attached my tag. At the end of my visit, Mechell went to the trouble of printing out when and what service I needed next on the car. She explained what the services where and why they were necessary. Great service and a smile. I always have a wonderful experience when I take my 2012 Ram in to get serviced. I let Jeff Smith do all work needed to keep my truck in perfect working condition. Great Customer Service The front staff was very friendly and were well versed in how service on the vehicle is done. They were also very good about updating me on the status of my vehicle's service throughout the day. The wait for service to be complete was a bit excessive, but it was a busy day.
