Out of State Buyer Found a hard to find Hyundai Sonata plugin hybrid at Kahlo using Cars.com. Call the sales department and they did a walk around of the vehicle for me and then we negotiated a very fair price. No hassle. We completed all necessary paperwork over the phone so that I could fly up, pay cash and head out. The owner greeted us when our Uber arrived at the dealership. It took a total of about 15 minutes to close the deal. The car was detailed, full of gas and exactly as the sales person described.

Waste of time I had the worst experience trying to buy a car. I was lied to about how much they were going to give me for my trade. Luckily, I knew what to look for on the contract and all the sudden they couldn't find the salesperson anymore he disappeared. I ended up getting more for my trade in at another dealership and a much better car that did not have to have repairs done before I drove it away.

Soooo bad! Unbelieveable! The service department is terrible! I waited 3 hours for an oil change and a tire change. Yes that is right 3 hours!! Express Lube is a joke!!!

Great Experience I spoke with internet manager Carol after inquiring online about a used vehicle they had. She was very helpful in getting a time set up for me to come test drive the vehicle. On arrival, she passed me off to the sales guy. David A did a great job of being there for questions but not being pushy.
